The five principals of Sheeter Consulting and the Benefit Consulting Group have over 91 years of combined experience designing executive benefit plans for financial institutions. 

The mission of Sheeter Consulting is to provide retirement and employee benefits to the credit union movement.

Andrew Sheeter

Andrew Sheeter is the founder and President of Sheeter Consulting.  Andrew brings over 14 years of experience in financial services to Sheeter Consulting.  Andrew worked for Benmark, Inc. from 2000 to 2007 as a Senior Benefit Consultant designing Executive Benefit Plan for credit unions.  Andrew left Benmark to create Sheeter Consulting to focus exclusively on the retirement needs of the credit union market. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.  He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tiffin in Tiffin, Ohio. Andrew resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife, Isabel, and two daughters Sofia and Halle.  Andrew has been active in volunteering for Junior Achievement, the Atlanta and Orlando Humane Societies, and works with several charities in El Salvador assisting poor and disabled women and children.

Chad Boreman
Chad Boreman is the Qualified Plans and Group Insurance specialist for Sheeter Consulting.  He is a Principal with Boreman-Cook Financial Services in Wooster, Ohio.  He brings 12 years of financial services experience to Sheeter Consulting.

Mr. Boreman earned a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.

Mr. Boreman and his family reside in Wooster, Ohio.  He is active in the Wooster Community as a member of Board of Education for the Northwestern Local School District, the Rotary Club of Wooster, and is President and Commissioner of Northwestern Youth Football.

Roger Hauge, J.D.
Roger has twenty-six years of experience designing Executive Benefit Plans for financial institutions.  He is one of the original founders and former CEO of Benmark, Inc.

Rebecca Keenum
Becky has twenty-one years of experience designing Executive Benefit Plans for financial institutions.  Becky served as President and COO of Benmark, Inc. and now heads up the Client Services Department for the Benefit Consulting Group.

Meredith Layman
Meredith is the former Director of Credit Union Marketing for Benmark, Inc.  Meredith has been working exclusively with credit unions since 1999.

Stephen Whipple, J.D.
Steve has over twenty years of experience designing Executive Benefit Plans for financial institutions and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Benmark, Inc.  Steve serves as the Director of Accounting, Legal, and Compliance for the Benefit Consulting Group.  As an Attorney and a former CPA, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Sheeter Consulting and the Benefit Consulting Group.
